Auto Salon at Leschi

I rarely write reviews, except when they are well deserved. You couldn't ask for a better place to bring your vehicle than Auto Salon at Leschi. Jeff and his entire team are absolute professionals, and they know cars! When I returned from a family camping trip to find a family of mice nesting in my beautiful RAM truck, suffice to say it ruined my day (and week). The mice had a party in my truck and I was desperate to find a reputable shop that had experience with such matters. Most detailing shops do not know how to deal with bio-contamination. This was a real health hazard and I needed a serious fix. The team at Auto Salon allayed all my doubts when they started sending photos of their work. They stripped the inside of my truck down to bare metal. They removed the seats, center console, carpets, insulation, and even dropped down the headliner. The crazy thing is that they found additional dead mice in various parts of my vehicle that pre-dated the camping trip. Had we not brought my truck to Auto Salon this never would have been found. And just for the record, I am impeccably clean, including my truck. But my truck spends a lot of time parked outdoors and it's common for mice t

Arrows referred me here after finding moisture and mold in my F150, and I'm glad they did. Jeff, the owner, reached out almost immediately and walked me through exactly what was going on and what my options were. No runaround, just straight answers. The damage was worse than I'd hoped — carpet pulled, insulation replaced, full aeration and professional cleaning. But the truck came back looking immaculate. You genuinely cannot tell anything was ever wrong. Jeff and his team did exceptional work and made a stressful situation easy to deal with. I'd send anyone here without hesitation.

I highly recommend Jeff and his team for car detailing! They consistently provide excellent service and truly work with what your car needs within your budget. I have been using his services since 2022. Jeff takes the time to assess your car's condition and makes honest recommendations rather than upselling services you don't need. He's incredibly accommodating with pricing and always delivers outstanding results. My car is always spick and span after his team works on it. Professional, trustworthy, and reasonably priced for the services he provides.

Jeff and team did an amazing job with my RAV4. I had mold and water damage stemming from an accident. They made my vehicle look like it was right off the lot again. The attention to detail is top notch. Rest assured the owner is inspecting every single vehicle before considering the job done. More small business should operate like the Auto Salon.

Wow, just wow. I am so pleased with my experience at Auto Salon at Leschi. I had a sunroof leak in my Lexus, which resulted in a pretty terrible mold problem. I thought my car was a goner (and at best would never be the same). Today, my car looks, feels, and smells as good as new. Jeff and his crew handled everything, from the inspection, to the cleaning, to the pickup process with efficiency, professionalism, and excellence! You can see from the photos that a huge amount of work went into this--and I am sure it was not an easy or pleasant task. I am amazed by the level of detail & attention this shop pays to the customers! I plan to be back for routine detailing at this shop-it is 100% worth the money. You would be amazed with how much cleaner everything feels. Highly recommend.
